Well, here is a topic where we would very much like the member's feedback...
As you are aware, for reasons which totally confound us, our site attracts hackers and spammers.... maybe this happens with all sites...
Anyway, one of the ways we spot them is by IP address locations that differ significantly from the location put in the profile account by the user. (i.e. Profile says Texas and user has accessed site from Nigeria; or Profile says California and user has accessed site from Florida)
At the present time until an account is upgraded new members cannot access member profiles to send them spam...
In the case of a significant variance between IP location and profile location we request that an email be sent to
helpguy@g-ratedguys.com from the registered email address with a brief explanation.
If you as a current member think we are going too far please let us know by responding to this thread... we are trying to keep the site spam free and relatively representative of only legitimate members but it is possible we are going too far and we would appreciate your comments.
